On Wednesday a little while ago for home economics we made apple crumble.
Ingredients:
- Brown Sugar
- White Sugar
- Rolled oats
- Cinnamon
- Apples
- Butter
- Water
- Flour
Method:
- Put flour, cinnamon and brown sugar into a bowl.
- Rub butter lightly into the mixture.
- Add rolled oats and mix with a fork.
- Dry the apples and peaches, cutting them into little pieces
- Divide evenly spooning the mixture into 4 little greased pie dishes.
- Sprinkle with white sugar and water
- Bake on fan bake for 10-15 min or until edge is going brown.
- Serve and enjoy
It tasted weird because their was to much oats and it wasn't cooked for long enough, so it was a bit gooey and raw. But it also took along time to make because of the apples.
